Time to move into a new ERA...
A new ERA
Many a times people are forced into making a decision that they do not like making in the slightest bit. It is so defeating to know that whenever we want to go ahead and do something we really love, people in our lives start saying the opposite and this is true especially for our parents.
Stepping into the unknown does hurt and is a rather big gamble but we always believe by faith that we will succeed in the path that we take and also trust that no matter what may come our way, God will be with us through it all. Not daring to venture out of our comfort zone only serves to bring our lifestyle to a halt and watch helplessly as others move on with theirs.
Too often do we succumb to reality and circumstances. We need to stand up and let our voices be heard, cry out to God with our prayers and let Him pour his wisdom and grace upon us in double portions and also to be giants of faith and trust in God and people. For without all this, we are as good as living corpses because our souls would be so dry and empty, just going through the motion in life.
To my cellgroup buddy Hsuan, like the chinese saying goes, Failure is the motherhood of success, and it is through all the failures that we learn to avoid and prevent them in future. Sometimes in life we may not get what we want although we want it really bad, but we are men of circumstances and God knows that we can handle it that's why we are allowed to go through the different ups and downs in our lives. No matter what you may be having now or going through, know that I'll always be ready to lay down my life for God and his people and of course you, my Buddy ;)
I don't know what I can help in but just let me know and I'll do everything in my ability to help or share your burden. Be it just a listening ear or a buddy for company, you say the word and I'll be there :)
